Ok here is the power supply i have ordered from newegg
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817176002 Is this enough power for this system?
Coolermaster HAF 932
6 gb ddr3 ram
two 1tb 7200 rpm hardrives
ATI 4850 x2 possibly geting a second one down the road and i might end up getting a different video card
P6T
i7 920
Possible overcloking (not too much)
Is there enough extra room too add other small thigns down the road?
ok well I think I will go with one of the antec psu's that you have shown me because i REALLY don't want to have to deal with a faulty psu months down the road.
Now the question is which one?
Why is there like a fifty dollar difference?
Is it worth the extra money?

You will have some say that a lot of watts is overkill, but there is no such thing unless you plan on selling the computer. I have 2 gamers and they both have 1000W Antecs. Your links are busted again but I think I know what you are referring to. One is TPQ, the other is not. The TPQ is much better. See this info I posted at the ASUS forum.
hmm ok well i think the cheaper one will not fit in the coolermaster haf 932 anyways so that one isn't even an option...
Do you know if the $200 one will fit?
I am WAY to tired to read that article. lol
Nice find. Unless you get one that is bad from the factory you should be very happy with the Antec. My first one is approx 2 yrs old, 2nd about a year old. They are both still going strong and I have no regrets. Good luck!
www.jonnyguru.com is a very reputable PSU review site. As they are a small group, not every PSU has been reviewed, but in the case of Coolmax and seventeam there are enough reviews of various models to get a feel for the products these companies design.
here is one i like i have 3 of these and ond warlock1100 the thermaltake is rock solid and handle all most all dual video config. hope this helps WARgenSLi

ok just was wondering if corsair is a better brand then antec.
I have a brand new shrink-wrapped Antec NeoHE 550 on the shelf. For my new build I bought a Seasonic. What does that tell you? Nothing, really, as you have no other knowledge of why I did that.
There are any number of PSU calculators available, try not to load down your PSU above 80% of its maximum rated. I prefer a PSU calculator that is NOT attached to a MFG's website.
There are other websites that do PSU reviews besides Jonnyguru, but I find that site most consistent in it's reviews. Asking people on a forum for their opinions will give you no better knowledge (with some exceptions) than reading Newegg reviews. I don't usually recommend any particular brand, but am happy to express my opinion on hardware that I am familiar with.
It would be a little silly to vouch for a product you never owned, unless you work for the company.
You've obviously not read many of the replies on these forums regarding PSU's.... 'OH NOOES... You'll need a 1200W PCP&C to run that (insert component here)!'
