Hi all ! I have OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 / 800 MHz / Platinum XTC / Enhanced Bandwidth / 4GB Dual Channel sticks and Ocz list timings at 4-4-3- but it is showing timimg at 5-5-5-18. Should i change my timings? Also how do i know if they are running at 800Mhz ?

What is showing those timings?

Download and use CPU-Z, in the Memory tab you will find all relevant info, if Dram Frequency is 400MHz than its the right speed for your memory(DDR2 800)

my bios is showing the timings of 5-5-5-18 -and yes cpu-z is showing 400.9Mhz. But on Ocz website it says the timings are different.

Well, then change them to whatever timings and voltage the manufacturer specifies for them. Not that your going to see any real difference, but since they can run tighter timings than why not? After all you paid for it :)

Well i set my timings at 4-4-3-15 and ran memtest till 100% covered and had no errors so i guess they are good to go ! Like you said i dont know if i will notice any difference but i would think it has to better than it was :)
