So I have a bit of a dilemma here.

I'm trying to get a graphics card for my computer mostly because I want to play COD 4 and similar games.
I have a 22 inch monitor with max res. of 1600x900. What I've come down to is either the 9600 GT or
the 9800 GTX. I can get the 9600 locally for about $90. and I can get the 9800 GTX bundled w/ Call of Duty 4
(which saves me 50 bucks) for 169.

My PSU is 250 watts, so I'm going to have to upgrade that either way. I am not too sure what the best
path is here. It seems like I'm getting a better card for only about 30 dollars more (when you count the
COD cost), Does it make more sense to get the 9800. I know the frame rate will be higher but I'm not
sure if it will even matter at my resolution.

What do you guys think?

the 9800gtx is far better than the 9600 and you should get the 9800gtx 1gb...it would be good for that resoltution

I can agree. I have a 9600gt running on a 22 inch now, and it's a great card no doubt but if you want to be able crank up the eye candy, get the better card. Also consider the 4850. If you are on a real tight budget, you can get a 4830 for about 90 on newegg. Performance on that is closer to the 9800gt though.
