Problem with a game that freezes my OS

Hello, i have a big problem with my computer and W7. When i play this MMORPG it randomly freezes the system and does a weird sound and all i can do is reset the computer or power it off. So i tried to install Windows XP on it and it doesn't freeze anymore. It just does with W7 or Vista Ultimate (both 32 or 64) So i dont wanna stick with XP because when i had my old hardware it never freezed. So i dont know why W7 freezes on it since my old Computer had W7 and never had problems. What it might be the problem?

What is your system. And do u have any error? Check event viewer error log file what happened.

That's strange. A good bit of the time when you have hard locks with a system the psu is failing.

Have you tried to run it in compatability mode as Windows XP SP3. It may be a driver issue, do you have the latest patches for your MMORPG game?

Ok this is my new PC Spec:

CPU: Intel Core i7 2600
Heatsink: Corsair A70 Series
MoBo: Asus P8P67 Pro Rev 3.0
HD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 6GB/s
Ram: Corsair 2x2GB DDR3 1333 XMS3
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD 6950 1GB GDDR5
PSU: Cooler Master GX 650W
Case: Cooler Gladiator 600
OS Installed: Windows 7 32 Bit (SP1)

i tried to run the game in compatability mode, but it still freezes.
Disabled the onboard audio and still.
Type of Error: KERNEL-POWER ID:41

The game works perfectly with W7, but my new hardware and Windows 7 seems not to like it. I even updated the drivers, but still nothing. So my guess is: why W7 freezes on it? And with my old Hardware doesn't freeze on it?

This is my old Hardware Spec btw:

The name of the game is PSOBB btw.
I can play fine with other games, but this one
But like i said, it doesnt freeze with Windows XP... this is just weird
I really wanna know what's wrong, but i cant find a solution since i already tried everything that i could do..
