hi guys
i am new to overclocking
my major problem is i am not getting good memory bandwidth and latency.
specs are

Motherboard Name Asus P5QL ProPro p43 chipset

CPU Type DualCore Intel Core 2 Duo E7400

As compared to this my cousin sent me benchmarks of his board xg31 with same processor and ram

Try setting your timings to 5-5-5-15 manually in the bios. Use cpu-z to check your timings while in windows.
With these timings, try bumping your voltage to 2.0 and setting your memory to 667 if you want to overclock. Then use cpu-z again to check the results. You can disable the eist (speedstep) setting in the bios while overclocking.
