Low cost agp card for 24" monitor

I just got an unexpected $1000 bill in the mail today, so it looks like I will have to put off my new build for a month or two. Sucks!

Anyways, I have already bought my dell ultrasharp 24" monitor, and I would like to start using it. The old system only has integrated graphics and an open agp slot. I would like to purchase a low cost agp card that will allow me to use the native resolution of the monitor(1920 x 1200 ) as well as run my 17" crt next to it. I don't plan on being able to game at all, but some hardware acceleration of video playback would be nice as the system currently cannot display hd streaming video. The video acceleration is not a requirement.

I would like at least one dvi output for the 24".

Can anyone recommend a suitable card? I would like to spend as little as possible.

I would go with the HD3850.

I only say this because of the native res of your monitor being so high. There are other cards like the HD2600XT that might be ok, its just it doesn't support memory higher than 512MB, and at your res I feel that is a little low.
