How to fix the resolution size in lcd monitor in xp3 because display is in centr

please tell me its resolution

Right click desktop, go to proprieties, go to Settings and choose what you want from there! try different settings .
By display in center you mean the wallpaper is not on the whole screen?
If so, go to the desktop tab and under position click stretch.

If that's not it, then please give more info!
