V6 and v6GT

I've seen both, and planning to buy one for my future i7-930 build, I want to know the difference.

From what I've read, the GT has an extra fan for the "push/pull" setup, but the non-GT only has one fan. Is there any other differences, and would I be able to just add another 120mm fan to turn a v6 into the GT.

Also, does anyone know how high mushkin blacklines are (to be able to fit under the cooler)

Good cooler choice and i don't think you'll have a problem with Blacklines.
