Hey all, I loaded in XP last night and love it except for 2 little annoying problems:
1. I cannot just restart the system. I have to shut it totally down to restart.

2. Xp has labled my drive as "F:" Is there a way to change drive letters in XP?

I never had 2000, so I did not know how to change it. I found out that I can't change my system drive letter. I will have to reformat and reinstall.

How to get to know how to change the drive letter in Windows 2000 guide:

Click Start, Help, in the Windows 2000 Help select Index tab, in the "Type in the keyword to find:" box type in the "drive letters", find "changing", double click on it, read the manual, and if you still want to reformat, you have the full power to do that ;)

And why would you want to change the system volume drive letter? (just curious)

It had my drive letter as f: I didn't want it as F. I reformatted and got it all up and running and all is great now. Thanks for your replies!
