While I am connecting a network shared folder it shows the below error.

Error:

No more connections can be made to this computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept

I am using Windows XP with service back 4

The shared folder is also in Windows XP.Both are in DHCP.Windows fire wall is off in both systems.

any ideas?

Thanks in advance
