Which is the best SSD August 2010

Hello Guys,

i wanted to buy a ssd mainly for bootup & Gaming, then have a second samsung f3 spinpoint to 1tb for saving files & data.

Question is: which is the best at the moment out there? i will be using windows 7

Now they are boosting the Crucial C300, but it compares the OCZ Vertex 2 100GB and Intel X25-M 160GB. All 3 are pricey!

You won't need that much, 60GB should be plenty. So OCZ Vertex 2 60GB, or Intel X25-M 80GB would be the choices.

+1 for Intel X25-M 80GB.

Not sure if it's the "best" out there, but it's fast and reliable. I have mine as a Boot Drive plus a couple games installed on it. I plan on purchasing another to throw more games on it. Great load times. I haven't experienced any slow downs with it. I've had it for almost a year now.
