ASUS P5k-d Raid Drivers Won't work VIsta installation

Hi I have been working on this for 2 days now. I have a p5k-d 2 SATA wd 500gb drives. and a ide DVD-RW drive with newest bios.
In the bios I have set SATA to RAID and Jmicron controller to IDE. I have set up the drives in Intel Matrix storage utility. When I try to install vista it asks for driver to be installed I have tried the newest drivers for the intel controller ICH9 both from intels website and from asus. It finds the drivers but when i click next it says device could not be installed. I have also tried the Jmicron drivers same thing happens. I would love any help as I am getting pretty irritated and have found nothing on the net that helps. THanks.

Ya I can't continue in the installer without it asking me for new drivers. I'm going to try another install disc also my ide dvd-rw drive has been acting up so I might replace that with a temp drive to see what happens. I'll post my progress
