Hi everyone, before i OC my cpu, e7300 i want to know what are the most popular/best utilities and programs used to assist the task of OC? Maybe something that will tell me exact details or something that will tell me the voltage or the temps??? thanks for the help, and if you have any tips for a beginner feel free to share your thoughtss as any extra help would be appreciated. If it helps my motherboard is a ECS GF7050VT-M and I'm using the intel stock cooler that came with my cpu. thanks!!!

That motherboard is your main problem it uses single channel memory so if u overclock ur bandwidth may suffer when using applications that are memory intensive. Also ur board has no overclocking settings to start with but you could try out BSEL pad mod to overclock the fsb just try googling it.

I used to have an AMD ecs motherboard with a quad athlon and had same problem.
if u can overclock it i would recommend an aftermarket cooler to cool ur cpu down.
