I've 1 long and 3 short beeps during POST.
My configuration:
P5Q Turbo
Core 2 Quad Q9650, 1333Mhz, s775, 12MB
2x2x2GB Kingston HyperX CL5
PNY FX570

Depending on the BIOS, it usually indicates either a memory problem or a video problem. on my Gigabyte P35 an P45 board, it points to a video problem.
