What kind of framerates should I expect in Crysis on Medium or High DX10 with these specs?

Intel Pentium Dual-Core Desktop Processor E5200 @ 2.5ghz
6GB DDR2 Memory
PNY 9600GT

Depends on the resolution. But I would hazard a guess to be around the 20~30 FPS, with the main bottleneck being the GPU.

I doubt it would even be that high.
If you overclocked the cpu to about 3.5 and got a GTX260 core 216, you might get 30fps.
