Hello Everyone... I would like to know if this psu would be compatible with the Rampage II Extreme

That PSU is fine, but the other components that you'll install in your system determine if it's adequate or not.

A single GTX280 FTW edition, with an i7 core 920 with 6gb of Corsair Dominator 1600 mhz... still good enough GhislainG? Thanks bro.. let me know when ya get a chance

According to Antec (http://www.antec.outervision.com/), you should be fine. To your list, I overclocked the CPU, added 2 hard disks, a DVD-RW, a few fans and USB devices. You would then require a 510W PSU.
