Cant conplete format on my flash disk

If you see it in Win explorer you can restore your data with GetDataBack for fat32
from Runtime sowtware. After that go to Disk Manager and delete partition on flash
and make new one. That's it.

That happens sometimes. You can not conlete format on your flash drive disk. There is a possibility that your flash drive is corrupted or meet certain physical damage. My suggestion is find some format recovery tools to see if it can be fixed. And before that, like what *jovcenaum said, better try some data recovery programs to get back the data in it in case any unexpected things happen.
