I'm currently stuck with a stock amd cooler and I'd like to get a new one since I'd like to start overclocking and since I have extra money to spend.

I'm looking for an amd phenom 2 X4 CPU. My Budget is anything less than 50 bucks right now. It'd be nice if the thermal compound was included.. Thanks.

I have an antec 900 and a MSI 'ASPEN' motherboard ( http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf-JAVA/Doc/images/c016356... ) Length is 9.6 inch x 9.6 inch.

the Xiggy linked only mounts in a north south position on AM2, not ideal unless you have a case than vents or exhausts out the top, or are willing and able to make a custom mount.

The Noctua is out of your Price range.

Frosty tech does not use real CPUs to test, but a simulated heater mount. Thus, while their results are a decent reference point, I don't hold stock in their specific order. If an HSF is in the top 10 or 20, its probably pretty good.
