or

GIGABYTE GA-P55M-UD2 LGA 1156 Intel P55 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

$30.00 difference. The system will not go sli and will use a gpu as powerful as a 5870, 4 up to 12g of ram and a i5 or i7 cpu.

Which should I consider?

No comparison go for the P55

Lol! i know what's wrong with that particular H55 its the cheapest board they make and has only two dimms.
The proper comparison is the H55M-UD2H which is the P55M-UD2's H55 counterpart.
I have one it's nice paid $85 for it all in.

H55 - fewer frills, less memory, and it has the connections for the i3 with it's embedded GPU.

Get the P55.
