Beep sound from seagate hard disk

Hello,my hard disk is beeping please solve it
my first hard disk is 500 gb seagate barracuda sata disk if i boot only this one there will be no sound. and if i boot my 250 gb seagate barracuda sata disk also there will be no sound.
the problem comes when i boot these both at a time the 250gb harddisk makes sound.
i am very clear that the sound is from harddisk only but not from motherboard or from otherthing.
please solve my problem!
