Titan Fenrir fit m2n32 sli mobo ?

Anyone know if a Titan Fenrir special edition will fit on a M2N32 SLI Deluxe motherboard ...think its AM2/ Am2+)??? Also will it fit in thermaltake soprano case?

Here are the dimensions:

Titan Fenrir: 124 x 107 x 156 mm
TT Soprano: 440 x 200 x 500 mm

So, the cooler fit without problems.
