Currently I am working with NVIDIA Quadro NVS 290. After a while my eyes hurt. I tried everything as far as setup goes, nothing helped. New drivers, settings etc.
I decided to buy a new card. What is the best graphics card for eyes? I am not interested in playing games.

Hmm... I think you should turn down the brightness of your monitor, maybe the gamma too.
As far as I know, graphics cards doesnt hurt eyes, unless you don't take it literally and you're a gamer who loves good frame rates.

You should probably be looking at your monitor, not your graphics card.
