Some one pls help! i want to buy xfx 4830 but i got 450 watt psu & old gigabyte 945 gme MOBO(PCI slots are too near to PCI-E slot and xfx 4830's heat sink is big, will it fit in or blocked by PCI slot? ).

Should fit in. Almost all boards have PCI slots close to PCI-E slot, don't worry you're not alone.

all dual slot cards will block something. unless you really need that slot, it's not a problem.
