Advice on OC limits for a Dual Xeon E5620 rig

I'm spec'ing out a build for a new Dual Xeon system using the E5620 @ 2.4Ghz

I'll likely be using this motherboard:

My question is: What do folks think about how high I can OC and be stable on air cooling?

How much higher could I go if I went with water?

Has anyone published stable clocks with settings?

I'd like to run this thing 24/7. Don't care so much about benching.

You are venturing into brand new territory. Learn the thermal and voltage limits of your hardware, figure out what it can do, then tell us how it goes, hah.

Overclockable dual CPU boards are not a known quantity, as they are basically in their infancy right now.

Fair enough. But I thought the EVGA Classified SR-2 board from my link was supposed to be the shiznit.

I'll keep digging around, plus if I make the leap, I'll be sure to return my learnings back to the community.

I haven't seen any members with that board yet, and as well received as it has been by the community, the price of admission will keep it quite exclusive. I would love to hear your experiences with it, should you take the plunge. As an enthusiast with a limited PC budget, I'll take a vicarious experience over none at all, hah.
