Just clearing this up here. I am looking for some decent DDR3 for a small budget AM3 rig. From what I am seeing, modules that are about 1.5V of power don't have heatsinks. Most DDR2 from about DDR2800 and upward have heatspreaders/sinks.

So, should I be concerned that this kind of RAM (DDR3 1333) does not have heatsinks.

Additionally, I suspect they would draw less power as well. Thanks for any replies.

ram doesn't need heatsinks it was marketing. Now that the fad is wearing off the heatsinks are fading out.
