I tried them on Windows 7 and they were about the same with Crysis as on Vista.

Well they didn't put an % gains, I think it was more for stability and sli benefits. I don't 7 installed on my desktop, soooo I don't know and I don't want to try them on my laptoP:P

I'll do a proper benchmark tonight, I might start dual booting if its good enough.

I've given them a try. There is still the 2D/3D bug present. The card doesn't seem to drop down to the 2D clocks on the desktop. It does complete the 3D Vantage suite, but I haven't tried them with any games yet. I was running the beta 185.20 and they seemed better for switching clocks between 2D and 3D. I also tried the WHQL drivers for Vista and they didn't work. Couldn't even run 3D Vantage, it would lock up before the first test started. The 185.20's worked with 3D Vantage, but I had some instability with games. So I guess I'll find out soon enough. By the way I am running a 295GTX with these new drivers.
