Hello all, I was wondering if all these parts will be compatible with no noticeable issues, this is my first build in about 2 years so I am kinda rusty. Also this is really where I stand on money so id rather not purchase any more parts unless it is a necessity. Thanks all!

ASUS 9800GT

Or at least like this:
ASUS M3N78-VM AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 8200 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

You are going to need to avoid that Raidmax PSU, and that may mean you'll have to re-think some parts.

This is a unit I would only recommend for the very poor:
Xclio Stablepower 500W
It's not well tested but seems to be OK.

For a bit more:
OCZ 600W StealthXStream
This would be the preferred unit, although again not great a bit better than the Xclio.

Moving up from there:
PC P&C Silencer 500W
VERY nice PSU for the price.

Since you don't need on board video, perhaps this board would be better:
Gigabyte GA-MA770-UD3
(Always pick AMD or Intel chipsets over Nvidia these days ;)

Correct. No effort on your part = no effort on mine. If I'm supposed to just click links and dispense wisdom, I don't feel the urge to do so unless it benefits me somehow. I'd be happy to give your build a review, but try to make it a bit easier.

Also, you failed to tell us what this computer is for. Gaming? AV work? Office apps? Websurfing? Without knowing what you want it to do, and at what resolution you want to do it at, we would just be guessing.

I don't see any compatibility problems. They are just not the parts I would get especially that case and power supply.
