Solution

Honestly the Scythe Mugen 2 is very good but since you changed to 41mm tall Ripjaws they will present a problem if you ever added another set.
I think the CM Hyper 212+ is very good i have one but the fan is kind of loud compared to others.
Not a big deal if you buy it somewhere for $30 just add a Scythe S-Flex or Slipstream.
Plus the 212+ is well known for handling OC's.
Ok i think i found the best solution before the NH-D14 was released this was their Flagship cooler and is often overlooked these days.

Good stuff and as you know only 33mm tall
minimum grief when a heatsink is installed
however the Frio is still going to cause problems if you ever decide to use all your dimm slots.
Have you considered any other coolers? like the Scythe Mugen 2 which is a better cooler imo, cheaper, and way quieter.

And also what case will you be using?

This what I plan on getting soon

i5-750
Frio cooler
GTX 460 SLI GIGABYTE
MSI p55 gd65
corasir xms3 (the one you mentioned)
ASUS blu ray drive (OEM)
750w corasir PSU (Will this be enough for overclocking, 5 case fans, cpu cooler, and dual 460's)

Better quality cases imo wider and they have dust filters.

If you get the Azza you'll have to remove the side fan for the cpu cooler to fit and it has no dust filters.

Looks good so far which Corsair the TX or HX?
Both are good but the HX is awesome! i have one and it makes cable management much easier.

Yep the 300 is very nice but the CM 690/690II are higher quality imo and have very good airflow as well.
I assume you prefer blue lighting so do i.I own a 690II and an Antec 902.
I've had a 300 before and i replaced it with the CM690II it has more room, better cable management and toolless features. It's also sturdier.
I won't knock the Illusion it's very good but i think the CM690II is better.
Here's something to consider
