Scythe Mugen 2 Rev.B vs Noctua NH-U12P SE2?

Hey guys i wan't to overclock my Q9650 CPU and i want to buy a cooler that will handle my cpu OC'd to 4.0Ghz

what should i get the mugen 2 or the noctua? im asking that because I've heard that the mugen 2 will conflict with my RAM is that true? if yes how the noctua cooler then?

my specs:

Intel Q9650
Asus P5Q-E
G.Skill DDR2 PI BLACK 4GB 1066mhz
Sapphire HD5770 1GB
Seasonic 620watt
CM690 case

Both are very good coolers and by the looks of your ram you'll have issues .
