External hd partion deletion

Hello,
i have 250 GB external hard drive(segate) and i have done partion into 1x100gb
3x50gb,
Now I want to delete one 50gb and want to transfer that 50gb drive free space into 100gb drive so that 100gb will become 150gb

Please can any one tell me how to do that. I am using windos 7 os
