Tv out Ati 9600 Help

hello all i am trying to connect my Tv screen to my computer so i can watch movies on a bigger screen

i have it all connected but the video in my tv is black and white and scrolling down in and out of the screen quickly
i have had this problem afew years ago but my buddy fixed it and i forgot how
perhaps u guys can help me?

Almost sounds like you have the TV on the wrong channel. If that's not the case, then I'd suggest checking to make sure the TV Output resolution matches your TV in Catalyst Control Center.
