Hi,

it doesn't start on my Windows XP SP2 machine, but I don't have a Tv tuner Card (why should I need it???)
But it sounds interesting.

I have developed the shareware that automatically encodes recorded TV
program files(.mpg,.avi)
into small sized .wmv files (which a PocketPc2002,2003,and a desktop
pc can play without any special software).
2hour TV program can be mobile within a 128MB memory card(CF card/SD
card).
To make movie files mobile , you have only to start WMVReEnc.
Everything is done automatically.
WMVReEnc detects a recording's finish, and then begins encoding
automatically
by operating Windows Media Encoder 9 for you.
After the encoding is over,
WMVReEnc can copy the generated file into a memorycard (if you like) ,
and it can make Pc's power mode go to Stand-By mode (if you like).
Even a program recorded in the middle of the night becomes mobile by
morning.
Even while you are sleeping, WMVReEnc works automatically.

Environment: PC - Windows 2000, Windows XP + TV Tuner card
