whenever my pc starts the update for windows genuine apperars however i have not installed that notification .what can i do to stop running it. should i turn off my automatic update option??

Turning off automatic updates will stop future things from downloading. You need to open the updates notification and deselect this. But the genuine check program is required to run any updates, and you don't really want to not get those due to security risks.

well maybe you should consider purchasing a legal version of windows then, so you won't have a problem with running the genuine verification...
