Searching for good after market heat sink

So for starters i'm just gonna go ahead and list some of my parts that I have. Then we can go from there.

CPU- i7 930
MoBo- Asus P6T
Case- Thermal take Element T
Current Heatsink- Stock
No extra fans on case yet.
(if you need any other info on parts ask. I didn't really think anything else would be needed for this question. But the system is done and put together just need a better heatsink now.)

Willing to spend up to $60
Would like to do small Overclocking up to 3.5 GHz while maintaining a cool temperature.

If your ram is over 41mm tall you'll probably have issues but that's just an educated guess.
