My Labtop's shaking

I have a Dell labtop model inspiron 1420 with window Xp. my computer is shaken. i tried to download divers. but cann't fixed.Pls help

You may want to re-word the issue and add more detail. You monitor image is shaking or what? Try an external monitor. If you start in SafeMode, does it do the same thing? Does it only start when Windows starts?
