My First Overclock Please Help

Hello,
Hi, I am new to overclocking and dont' reall know much. Here is my rig:

Intel Core i7-930 Bloomfield
SAPPHIRE 100280SR Radeon HD 5970 (Hemlock) 2GB 512 (256 x 2)
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB
Crucial 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600)
ZALMAN CNPS10X Performa 120mm Long life CPU Cooler
Thermaltake Toughpower XT TPX-775M 775W ATX 12V v2.3 / EPS 12V v2.91
GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R LGA 1366 Intel X58


I'm not sure what settings are the best to overclock and with my componuts
what setting would be a safe stable overclock. Can anyone break it down or send me to the place that does.

will i dont know too much about overclocking because i dont need to my cp is 930 just like yours why you overclock it if you want to get thermaltake frio cpu cooler and google what is the safest voltages of the cpu ( or youcan set it automatcly )
dont go far than 3.8 GHZ
