Antec 300 and corsair 650w power supply. If you like looking at your components just leave your side panel off.
You'll probaly want 1066 mem with a deneb. 4gb depending on your os. vista and 7 you'll want 4gb but will run with 2gb.
biostar or gigabyte 790gx Mb. 2 pcie x16 slots. crossfire x8
sapphire 4850. Buy another in 2 or 3 months and crossfire
Phenom II X4 920 2.8GHz oc the **** out of it.

Ok $715 before $35 rebates and shipping is $7.92 Go for a succulent Phenom 2+ 790GX + 1GB HD4870 with case+psu combo deal man ^^

Edit: I knew you said no OC but lets say in the future things change you'd be glad you have that unlocked multi and yet still be within budget hehe

I second the corsair 650, i picked out the corsair 650tx i think. I am working on building a comp as well in the same price range. Although I went with the gigabyte p45 and q6600 quad core, just my preference.
