Build Complete - Now Recommend Me A HSF

I'm just about to order the parts for my new PC (i7 930, Gigabyte X58A-UD3R). I plan on o/c ing to 4.0 Ghz. What cooler as well as fan(s) would be best? I am putting this into a Lian Li PC7, so it would have to fit in there. I've been looking at the Prolimatech Megahalems and Corsair H70. Any insight would be appreciated.

Not much difference in performance, but the Megahalems are quieter.

Interesting the 1st puts the Noctua D14 wat ahead at load overclokced but it looks fairly poor in the second

Not only that, but it has the Intel cooler beating both the Corsair H50 and the Noctua D14 at load. I see that it is the enhanced i7-980X cooler, but still...

Decide soon since the Megahalems will soon be gone it's no longer in production.
The Megahalems is as quiet as the fans you choose since it doesn't come with any.

Get the sunbeamtech core contact freezer 120mm. Its $25 w/rebate, and same or better than those. Especially if you lap it.
