I7 build crashes alot

Hi,

I built my new i7 comp last weekend.

P6T Deluxe
i7 920
6GB G skill ram
Palit GTX 295
Thermalright CPU cooler

any way whenever im on the net or playing games the computer will completley lock up and has to be restarted.
i have overclocked the cpu from 2.6 to 3.7 Ghz and im wondering if its stable, ive run prime 95 for a max of 1hr and it doesnt lockup

I know its probs the CPU but does anyone have any advice?

Leave it at 2.6 and try it...try that first, if it works, stick with it or try to slowly OC it to 3.0 and stay there.

3.0 i7 = good enough.
