I am planning to format my computer in order to install windows Vista-32bit. I have lost my driver disk so now i don't know how to install my mobo's drivers when i format it. Asus has some downloads but they are separate for utilities chipset etc. What am i supposed to do?

Download them and make sure they are available when you need them, e.g., put them on a USB key. For the chipset, I would get the latest drivers from Intel.

So, just the chipset drivers and the rest are just software either for OC or the sound card drivers? So the only important is the chipset drivers?

All drivers are important if you want a stable and fully working system. Intel have the latest drivers, but so do the other OEMs. You can get all other drivers from their OEM instead of Asus.
