TODAY I BOUGHT A THERMALRIGHT ULTRA 120 1366 FOR MY I7920 WELL IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO INSTALL. IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT BUT FINALLY GOT THE SREWS INTO THE BACKPLATE AND LOCKED INTO PLACE, I APPLIED THERMAL PASTE AND EVERYTHING. NOW WHEN I TURN ON THE COMPUTER IT TURNS ON BUT DOESNT POST THE POST CODE LED SHOWS NOTHING, LIKE ITS JUST DEAD, I EVEN PUT THE OLD INTEL FAN BACK ON REPLLIED THERMAL PASTE AND STILL NOTHING. ALL THE POWER CORDS R PLUGED IN AS FAR AS I KNOW, SO WATS THE PROBLEM HERE, IT WAS WORKING FINE UNTILL THIS

Please repost your question using normal case. ALL CAPS ARE HARD TO READ.

In any case, the computer won't start because your CPU fan wasn't/isn't properly connected. Don't forget the connect the control cable to the pins near the CPU, aside from the power cable!
