Hi,
I was just wondering if this is normal. I have two desktop systems and both of my computers cases seem to have a minor electrical charge. When I touch them I get a light hit sometimes. Is that normal? One of them is brand new and I have built a new PSU in the other one just yesterday but its still the same.

Does anyone know what I could do to fix this or is this normal?

The probability that two computers would do this is really small. If you are getting small tingles, you are either hanging around Chris Matthews too much :) or the two computer cases have what we in the business call a "floating ground". This is not normal, and it is not safe.

You need to have the wall sockets checked for proper wiring.

They are both in the same room so it could be that the power plugs in the room are screwed? What can I do to find this out? The computers are also connected to two different UPS and the cases remain charged even if I connected them directly to the power plugs in the wall without the UPS in between.
