I'll make a list of what I think you should go for.
$50/$80 EVGA GeForce 8400GS (it's a good card for the price, trust me.) PCI
$80/$100 XFX GeForce 9800GT (Bang for the Buck, good core settings.) PCI-E 2.0
$100/$150 EVGA GeForce GTS 250 (Exalent card, exalent core settings.) PCI-E 2.0
$150/$200PNY GeForce GTS 250 (expesive, but what you want 4 games)PCI-E 2.0
$200/$300 BFG GeForce GTX 280(Pricey, but a little too pricy for me lol.) PCI-E 2.0
$300/$500PNY GeForge GTX 285( I seriosly doubt you will pay that much.) PCI-E 2.0
*cough* Half of the cards on TWA's list wouldn't dream of running on that PSU. If you want to keep it, the most I would dare run on it would be a 9600GT, and even that's a stretch. If notl, you will want to upgrade it to at least 600W for futureproofing purposes. For gaming, I recommend the GTX 260 core 216 for best bang-for-buck from the Green Team. eVGA is the brand of choice for nVidia, followed by XFX. We will need to know your upgrade budget and indended usage for more specific advice.

A video card upgrade may need a PSU upgrade first. I'd say if you weren't planning to upgrade the PSU, and if it IS a quality brand then the 9600GT would be a good choice.
