im having problems, can anyone help

recently, i think i had a trojan, my server provider
stopped my account, explaining to me that people were
complaining of the continuious emails sent to them from
my comp. i went through the guided steps with my
provider,

i done a virus check and another check, i cant remember
the other checks name. ever since then if im on the
internet, chatlines, dating etc every thing works epcept
i cannot access their profile.

i have tried other places to surf and the same thing
happens, it trys to search for it but after a while the
same screen returns. can anyone help pls

if you r useing any kind of pop-up stopper you may need
to press the Clrt. key whenopening a profile. hope this
