for some reason my monitor flickers when running a game. When not run a game and check internet or watch movies, it doesnt flicker. I have a i7 920 with 6gb ram on vista 64bit and a HD4870 Radeon 1gb card. I have tried to update drivers and turn catalyst off. Seems to still flicker with games. I have Directx10 installed but i think it also has directx9. I really hope its not the graphic card as i just got the pc. If anyone can help me, i am somewhat a noob to pc technical issues.

ok, i found the forum about overclock to set at 900 and have it on. I am now trying this and in game. It seems to stopped the flicker but is there a better fix? Or just wait til better drivers come out? Will i have to adjust the overclock again in the future for 3d games?
