Software to search TV listings for keywords?

Is there no software program that can be used to search TV listings for
keywords that I specify, and then notify me when there is a match? Thanks.

TiVo sounds great, but it's not available in Canada.

Yes, that's the other thing. I already have a HTPC built with DVB and TV
capture cards, so I need the software only. I've tried XMLTV, but it doesn't
really do what I wanted. MyEPG has a nice keyword search function, but
requires that the user initiate the search manually each time. Thanks.
