ok so i asked about overclocking in a diff thread and got some great advice:

cpu freq.
200x15.5=3100 / 213x15.5=3301

NB freq.
200x10=2000 / 213x10=2130

HT link speed
200x10=2000 / 213x10=2130

dram freq.
200x6.67=1334 / 213x6.67=1420 / 213x5.33=1135 (see if it will run at 1420)

Jut me, but I would try and keep my dram frq. closer to 1333, or slightly over. If your good at 3.3 try:

cpu
251x14.5=3640

nb freq
251x10=2510 / 251x9=2259

HT
251x8=2008

dam freq
251x5.33=1337

Vcore 1.45 and adjust as simon12 suggested.

I did the first one that gave me 3.3ghz and tested it with prime95 for 2 hours and everything was good. Temps stayed at 30. I ran my ffxiv benchmark and it went up from 3k to 3.3k. This made me happy so i decided to try the 3.6ghz overclock he listed. This also worked good, 2 hour test came up fine. Temps never went past 41.
HERE IS THE PART THAT CONFUSES ME. When i ran my benchmark again it completely tanked. It gave me a 2.2k score!!! What gives?? the 3.3 gave me a few hundred point increase, but the 3.6 tanks it 1000 points?? what did i do wrong here? is this a sign that the OC isn't stable???
