recently i had a power failure and my mobo blewup, so i bought this asus *** and when i installed it and checked my 2gb ram is showing 1gb :o any idea guys how to solve this porb

I presume that you have a single 2 GB module? Is it on the QVL? You shouldn't buy a cheap motherboard and then complain about it's lack of compatibility.

QVL? wot is that.. yes its a single 2gb module.. so it means the ram isnt compatible with the mobo ryt
