Intel DG965WH Only Showing 6GB RAM

I have 2 of each of the following Kingston HyperX sticks installed in my intel board

2 x 2 GB KHX6400D2/2G
2GB DDR2 800MHz Non-ECC CL5

2 x 2 GB KHX6400D2LLK2/2G
2GB 800MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL4

I thought that I would see 8 GB, but the 2nd set of sticks only show up as 1 GB each, no matter what the arrangement is or even if they are by themselves.

Can anyone give me an idea why or how to fix the issue?

Did you check the specs at Kingston? KHX6400D2LLK2/2G is listed as a 2 GB kit and KHX6400D2/2G is listed as 2 GB module. The sticker should indicate the part number for a 2 GB kit, not a 2 GB module.

Maximum memory using PC2-4200 or PC2-5300 is 8192MB. Maximum memory using PC2-6400 is 4096MB.Although the memory can be installed one module at a time, the best performance comes from using matched pairs of modules.
