How to save files without read only in usb and copy them to cd without read only

Saving files doesn't create read only files. All files on a CD/DVD (CD-R/DVD-R) will be read only by nature of the disc - that is once written to you can't write to it again. The only way to make them read/write is to copy the files from the CD/DVD to a hard drive or USB drive then change the attributes on those copied files. Do this by right-clicking on the file and select properties. Uncheck the read only and select OK.
